Finding Your Way is a mentoring scheme delivered by Surrey Care Trust.

Trained and supported adult volunteer mentors provide early intervention to prevent young people becoming NEET. This program can provide a ‘stand alone’ service or a follow on service for young people who have utilised the counselling services provided by Heads Together. It also complements the Escape and Smart programmes where young people can be matched with a suitable mentor for longer term support.
