Moving 627 - the School Transition

An evidence based early intervention programme supporting children in years 6 and 7, with the aim of increasing PETE and reducing the risk of offending in future years. Based on solution focused methodology, this programme’s activities will include after school clubs, peer support training, opportunities for intensive 1:1 work and transition support for parents / carers.  This programme will be run by Learning Space.
