Our housing services support people who are in need of a home, are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless by providing safe, secure and affordable housing when they need it.

NextStep is a professional housing service delivered by Reigate and Redhill YMCA.

It offers over 15 years of experience assisting landlords to find tenants and works with tenants to fund the deposit needed for private rented accommodation.

NextStep provides a free and supported service. Over 275 landlords have rented their property through NextStep and 784 tenancies have been created.

YMCA Hillbrook House provides homeless young people aged 16-28 safe accommodation in Redhill and support to live independently.

Each resident receives advice, support and access to a range of services. Whatever brings young people to this point we can help them address those issues and move on. Over the course of 8 years, we have housed and supported over 105 young people.

Heads Together is the YMCA's professional youth counselling service which residents from YMCA Hillbrook House can access.

The Heads Together counselling service is one of many services residents can use which helps them towards independent living.
